1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "rubah4" or "Platform" refers to the online betting service operated at the domain rubah4.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and software.
• "User", "Player", or "you" refers to any individual or entity who accesses, registers an account with, or uses the rubah4 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal player account created by the User upon registration, associated with a unique username and password.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by the User on a game, event, or outcome offered by rubah4.
• "IDR" or "Rupiah" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah currency (Rp), the base currency of all transactions on rubah4.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission and verification.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional funds, free bets, cashback, or other incentives provided by rubah4, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "RTP" refers to Return to Player percentage, the theoretical long-term payout rate of a game.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the rubah4 Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the rubah4 Platform and should immediately cease all access.

rubah4 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of rubah4 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

To register an account and use the rubah4 Platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rubah4 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Users under 21 years of age are not permitted to register, deposit, or wager on the Platform.
• You must be a legal resident of the Republic of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where access to offshore online betting platforms is not expressly prohibited by local law.
• You must be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which rubah4 is prohibited from offering services by applicable law or by rubah4's internal compliance policy.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by rubah4 or any affiliated operator.
• You must use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes. Commercial or professional gambling activity is prohibited.

rubah4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm your age, identity, and residency. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of rubah4, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to notify rubah4 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• Each User may hold only one account on rubah4. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not allow any other person to access your account or place wagers on your behalf.
• You must not use VPN, proxy, or anonymization services to disguise your location when accessing rubah4.
• rubah4 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification as requested.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

rubah4 supports deposits and withdrawals via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, and other major banks) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes for e-wallets and within 15 minutes for bank transfers. rubah4 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees.

Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Subsequent withdrawals may require re-verification if your account details change.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. See Clause 6 (Bonuses & Promotions) for details.
• rubah4 processes withdrawals within 15 minutes for bank transfers and within 5 minutes for e-wallets during normal operating hours. Delays may occur during peak periods or public holidays.
• rubah4 reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation before processing large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 50,000,000 in a single transaction).

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): rubah4 operates under strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) policies. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. rubah4 reserves the right to freeze accounts and funds pending investigation of suspected money laundering activity.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

rubah4 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed at the time the bonus is offered. Key bonus terms include:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple (e.g., "30× wagering requirement" means the bonus must be wagered 30 times).
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or not at all. Check the specific promotion terms for game contribution percentages.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While an active bonus is in your account, maximum bet limits may apply (e.g., Rp 50,000 per spin or bet). Exceeding these limits may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiry Periods: Bonuses typically expire after a set period (e.g., 30 days from issuance). Unused bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus Per User: Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is limited to one bonus per User, household, IP address, or device.

rubah4 reserves the right to cancel, revoke, or alter any bonus at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of bonus terms. Bonus abuse includes (but is not limited to) creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, collusive play, and exploiting software errors.

7. Wagering Rules & Game Integrity

All wagers placed on rubah4 are final and cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your wager before confirmation. rubah4 is not liable for wagers placed in error.

Sports Betting: Odds are provided by rubah4's trading team and third-party odds providers. rubah4 reserves the right to adjust odds, reject wagers, or void settled bets in cases of obvious pricing errors or technical glitches. If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, wagers will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific sport's rules.

Casino Games: All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent third parties. Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific session outcomes. rubah4 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from professional studios. Network interruptions during live games will be handled according to the game provider's disconnection policy (typically, pending bets are voided or resolved automatically based on the actual outcome).

Maximum Payouts: rubah4 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual wagers and cumulative winnings. These limits are displayed in the game rules or betting slip before wager confirmation.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rubah4. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Underage Gambling: Any User under 21 years of age is prohibited from accessing or using rubah4.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or sports betting.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through fraudulent means, including creating multiple accounts or engaging in risk-free betting strategies solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, chargebacks, or providing false identity documents.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place wagers or play games.
• Hacking or Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer games, or manipulate the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using rubah4 to launder funds or engage in other illegal financial activities.
• Syndicate Betting: Acting as an agent or intermediary to place bets on behalf of third parties for commercial gain.

rubah4 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and manually reviews suspicious activity. Violations of this clause will result in immediate termination of your account and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

rubah4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity.
• Suspected multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Request for self-exclusion under rubah4's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Commercial or professional use of the Platform in violation of Clause 3.

Upon account termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked. Any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds and fraudulently obtained winnings) will be returned to you following completion of any outstanding investigations. rubah4 reserves the right to withhold funds pending resolution of disputes or legal proceedings.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rubah4 customer support. Voluntary closures are processed within 48 hours. If you wish to permanently self-exclude for problem gambling reasons, please refer to our Responsible Gaming page.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rubah4 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds or winnings due to technical failures, server downtime, or software errors.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations (except where such errors are caused by rubah4's gross negligence).
• Losses arising from your addiction to gambling or failure to use responsible gaming tools.

rubah4 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Platform. Your use of rubah4 is at your own risk.

In no event shall rubah4's total liability to you exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the rubah4 Platform, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We will make every effort to resolve your complaint fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body designated by rubah4's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree to waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against rubah4.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rubah4 holds its gaming license. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
